A:  Ok, so who do we want on our team? It’s hard to beat Kerry’s athletic ability, but Grace is really good at

      strategizing.
B:  I think Grace is a better fit. Kerry may be a good athlete, but what we need is someone who can plan

      ahead.
A:  I agree. We can train Grace to brush up on her athletic skills. That’s easier to develop than strategizing.
B:   I think we’ve made a good choice. Let’s talk to them now.

strategizing: estratégia

A:  Hi, Coach. How’s my son’s training?
B:  He’s a promising basketball player, but he still needs to improve his dribbling.
A:  How can he develop that?
B:  I’ve scheduled one-on-one sessions with him before training starts.
A:  All right. Just tell me if there’s anything I can do to help.
